SERVICES & GROUPS

"They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer." Acts 2: 42

SUNDAY WORSHIP

11am every Sunday

The contemporary worship service combines lively praise and worshipful songs with prayer and biblical teaching.

At this simple, Holy Spirit led service we seek to be genuine in our worship while inspiring, equipping and encouraging people to deepen their faith and relationship with God. The service typically includes a mix of modern and traditional worship songs, led by a worship leader with opportunities for prayer and fellowship with other church members.

Whether you're a long-time believer or just starting to explore faith, our Sunday worship service offers an engaging time of worship and space to grow spiritually.

WEEKLY STUDY

We organize a weekly study group that meets both in person and online allowing for greater flexibility and accessibility for everyone.

During our sessions, we come together with a common goal of growing deeper in our understanding of God's Word and how it applies to our everyday lives. Each session focuses on a key theme which we explore with through our discussions and reflections. We offer support and encouragement to one another, sharing our insights and experiences as we seek to strengthen our faith. By actively engaging with God's Word and supporting each other in our spiritual journeys, we hope to deepen our relationship with God and become better equipped to face life's challenges with faith and confidence.

COMMUNION

Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month.

This is a special time when the members of the church come together to remember the sacrifice of Jesus Christ and to partake in the bread and wine which symbolize his body and blood.

For many Christians, Communion is a powerful and meaningful experience that strengthens their faith and helps them to feel closer to God. It is a reminder of the sacrifice that Jesus made for humanity, and of the love and forgiveness that he offers to all who believe in him.

FELLOWSHIP & COMMUNITY

We aim to meet regularly outside of Sunday worship from simple meet-ups for coffee to meals out and visits to events.

This is one of the ways through which we strive to cultivate a strong sense of community in Christ. By spending time together in different settings, we strengthen our bonds with one another, deepen our faith, and support each other in our spiritual journeys. We believe that a strong community is essential for our personal growth and for spreading the message of Christ to others. Therefore, we're committed to making sure that genuine Christian fellowship is a feature of the life of Grace Community Church.
